- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please include the RAN on the outside of the package.
