Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please include the RAN on the outside of the package.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you are requesting an exchange, we will process your new order once the returned item is received and inspected. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.
